How an IHHT Session Works

Recommended frequency

We recommend 2–3 sessions per week over a period of 3–6 weeks. Ideally, 10–15 sessions offer long-lasting effects on performance and cellular health.

The process, step by step

At the beginning of the session, you sit comfortably in a chair. We place an IHHT mask on you that allows you to inhale alternating low-oxygen and high-oxygen air for around 50 minutes. Throughout the session, your blood oxygen levels are monitored via a fingertip pulse oximeter to ensure optimal dosage.

You can meditate, listen to music or simply relax – your body does the work in the background. After the session, we recommend drinking enough water and giving your body time to recover.
