This analysis is performed only following a prior consultation with our specialist. It offers a detailed evaluation of your body composition, including fat and muscle mass, and bone density, which is used to implement targeted measures to proactively support your long-term health.
Why is the Body Composition Scan Important?
The scan provides precise evaluation of body composition, including the distribution of fat and muscle mass, and helps us assess bone health.
Benefits of the Body Composition Scan at a Glance:
► Precision: Delivers more accurate measurements than other methods like BIA scales.
► Health Assessment: Helps identify specific health risks early and take appropriate action.
► Tailored Recommendations: Based on your results, we create personalized health and longevity plans, integrating findings from physiological tests.
How the Body Composition Scan Works:
During the examination, you will lie on a table while a scanner moves over your body, emitting very low-dose X-rays to measure bone density and body composition. The scan typically takes about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the areas being examined. This scan has a low radiation dose and should only be performed in consultation with our doctors.
