Motivated by a profound passion for health and longevity, I pursued a BSc degree in sport science and discovered my drive for helping people get into the best shape of their lives, break bad habits and establish systems to make it easier to reach their goal than not to. During my ongoing deep dive into the intricacies of human physiology and psychology, I adopted a holistic approach to health and fitness by implementing tangible lifestyle interventions to tackle root causes of problems and build sound, lasting habits. I am dedicated to science, hard work and daily learning.
